ABOUT ME

I am passionate about work at the interface of environment and society, advancing Earth science applications that enable global problem solving by supporting science-informed decision making. Thus, I seek to address research along these lines of blended physical and human geography to holistically understand our changing Earth systems. Through my work I aim to detect meaningful environmental change, raise awareness of impacts, and communicate across disciplines.

Having lived in the US, Canada, the UK, and the Netherlands, I have considerable research and professional work experience across numerous international organizations, government agencies, and academic intitutions. I posses a wide knowledge base in a diversity of subjects including Earth Sciences, Computer Sciences, Risk Assessment/Modelling, Sustainability and Conservation, Resource Management and Governance, and Environmental Policy.
